Jeg havde optjent mere end 660.000 point i Jigsaw, de blev pludselig "vekslet" til - (minus) 440.000 point altså en forskel på ca 1,1 million point. Hvilket betyder, at jeg skal "betale" for disse, før jeg atter kan optjene pluspoint. Kan denne fejl rettes?

To make sure, are you playing on a Windows 10 PC? Can you please reply with a picture of any specific error messages you see when you try to download those? Do you see any issue downloading or accessing content in any other Windows 10 games on that PC?

Very odd that you're showing negative points. That's definitely not normal. Have you tried restarting your PC and signing back in to see if the points are still showing at way?
