powering up

Hello I am curious if there is a issue with xbxox uk servers as ive been trying to get on my xbox and im not able too. I get as far as the inital xbox one loading green screen and cant get any further. Its been this way now for the past three hpirs, I have
tried the hard reset ive tried hard reset and unplugging all power cable and hdmi cable and even after having them unplugged for a whole hour I still cant get past the xbox one green screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Freezes powering up

My xbox 360 slim will turn on and show the xbox logo and the ball but the ball just sits there and glows indefinitely. If it means anything, yesterday I signed on to my live account on another xbox and I'm not sure I signed out there. Does this matter
or do I need something else?

I don't know how to fix your problem, but I think you deserve at least a suggestion. I have no idea if this works or not, but Xbox Support has told me to remove my HDD for many of my problems, I think this lets them know that it's a problem with the HDD,
not the console.

So, remove your Hard Drive, then try starting up your Console, if that doesn't work, I was obviously wrong! :'(

Don't take my word for that, I really don't know what I'm talking about in this area. :/

 

Nothing is being reported. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
