    Hello,

    I am having a daily issue when turning on my xbox one console with the controller. Every time I try to turn on the console with the controller, the xbox logo on the controller just flashes and the console won't turn on. I have to always unplug the power
    supply from the wall outlet for a few seconds and than like magic the console will turn on with the controller. I have to do this every single day and it gets pretty annoying. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? This happens on both
    instant on and power saving modes.

    Hey there Zomb0id.

    I'm afraid we don't have any information to share with this. Opening up an Xbox One console voids the warranty and is not recommended. If you've tested with multiple power supplies/outlets we recommend setting up a repair or replacement for the console as the
    issue appears to be on the console side rather than the power supply. Thanks a ton for your understanding!

    Hi, I've worked on several and I'm not kidding when I say several Xbox One's and as much as I figure this to be a stretch and knowing the possibility of getting some answers is very low, but what can I look at to be the cause of
    these problems? When you guys get returned defective consoles with these issues, do you even repair them or just say, "f*** it, these are bad, send them a different one".

    It isn't the power brick, it isn't the power cord, the outlet. The faceplate, the RF Module Board, none of it. And I know because I have a plethora of spare accessories/parts to test. Is this a repairable problem that obviously you haven't shared with anyone
    ('cos there is literally no answers on Google) who has contacted you about it wanting to know or is there simply no way around it? Thanks.

    please try the power cycle steps like mentioned on this link
    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    Be sure to wait until the power supply turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering the console on again.

    thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that i have also tried all the power cycle steps. Its what i was told to do when i contacted xbox support on the phone. Power cycling also helps, however on the next day i have the same issue.

    hi,

    What was your normal TV input? HDMI? RGB?

    Maybe it's a problem with your TV input or the cable input, or your Xbox output.

    Maybe the cause could be, Wet, Dust, Some kind of damage (like a hit or pull the cable, or something).

    In any case, if it's the HDMI try to prove it in other device like a Bluray player or another Xbox, if it's the RGB input then try in another Xbox (also try to use it in another TV, so you can check what is the trouble maker)
