    Powerball problem


    Hi... today I noticed that every once in a while a Powerball will show up as highlighted in white on the calling board, highlighted in gold when the number is called, but the number does not appear on any of the Bingo cards. It's happened to me twice today,
    and I'm pretty sure that these are the first two incidents. If it helps, I was playing 4-card matches in the Germany destination. Everything else seems to be working fine.

    I'm running Bingo on an Asus notebook (K55A-DH71) with Windows 8.1 (version 6.3, build 9600).

    Power ball under a star ball

    i'm not having that problem, as when i've had that power up and it marks the powerballs

    Followup - I took a screen shot of it happening again, this time in the Brazil destination. Note that N-36 was called and highlighted as a Powerball, but does not appear on any of the cards.

    We are aware of this bug and it will be fixed in the next release. Thanks so much for the screenshots, though- every little bit helps when we're investigating bugs. Powerball problem :)

    look at your card it does and it always has if a power ball is under a starball when the powerball is called you'll hear the sound effect for the powerball, so it does get counted and you do get the one luggage that goes with it
