    PowerA controller issue


    Hello, I have never owned a PowerA controller and got one for Christmas but I am having a issue with the usb port where the controller will turn on and off using the usb-c cord that was provided for the controller and now I am wonder after 3 or 4 times that my controller dropped that something got messed up inside with the board of the controller or the usb port has something messed because I am wondering if it can be fixed or if its not able to be fixed. Hopefully there is a fix for it because I am really on edge about it

    Oh, I see. This means the issue is on the controller and you'll be needing to reach PowerA support for this because this means the issue is on the OS of your controller.

    I have a powera controller also and experienced the same issues. U will need to plug it into a PC then go to powera website to update the firmware and calibrate it. Here's the link

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to use your PowerA wireless controller on your Windows 10 PC.

    Considering the controller is a 3rd party item, this may be due to an incompatibility related matter to which the controller is hindering the recognition onto the PC.

    As previously stated, Xbox One controllers are intended to be plug in and play devices, to which drivers are almost always automatically updated on the PC.

    It might be best to reach out to PowerA in regards to this inquiry, just to ensure that the device is fully compatible.

    Xbox One Mic Buzzing

    My controller is a PowerA model 1414133-01. I know that the mic isn't the issue because I've tried it on my iPad and there is no buzzing. It is something with the controller. I've tried another controller of the same brand and the issue was there too.
