Discus and support Power Ups in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Wondering why I never get Powerups when I dab the ones with the diamonds and circles?     Wondering why I never get Powerups when I dab the ones with the diamonds and circles? I'm on level 19 and I have never gotten any Powerups. I get keys and luggage when I dab the ones with the keys and luggage, but I never get Powerups ... ???

    Nothing is being reported. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    I had won and purchased powerups - I think I was up to about 70 and it counted down to 32 and told me that I was out and needed to purchase more...

    Console not Powering up

    Seeing as the power brick is in a "standby" state (orange light) it should be safe to try this - have you tried unplugging the power brick from the wall AND from the back of the console for 5 minutes? This will allow the surge protector inside the power
    brick to reset itself. At that point, plug back in and try starting up to see if the issue recurs.
