Power ups bug

In game, it shows that I have 32 powerups in the status bar, but during a bingo game, the meter shows a big red X and tells me that I need to buy more. Can this be fixed?

Gifting Glitch!?!?!?

I think I found a bug. I went to send gift keys and power-ups to some friends when this issue happened. Not sure if it's a glitch, or what it is. But I started to gift keys to my friends that play Bingo, and sent them. Then I decided to go to Power-ups,
but apparently I must have clicked the button too soon, as the "Next Gift in 23:59:... Hours" message popped up on the power-ups box. Then I select Keys again, select the friends, and then get an error saying "error, gift not sent". Fix this crap. I'm sick
of stupid little bugs like this in any game I play. Why are they not integrated into one selection where you send keys and power-ups gifts as one selection? FIX IT!!!

When did you get your 32nd power-up? Did you run out of power-ups before? How did you obtain the power-ups? Did you earn them or did you buy them? Any details that you can provide on what happened before this issue occurred would be very helpful.

I had won and purchased powerups - I think I was up to about 70 and it counted down to 32 and told me that I was out and needed to purchase more...

 

Can you please try if restarting your device solves the issue? It is important that you select Restart instead of shutting it down and then switching it back on manually in order for all processes to be fully closed.

 

A full shutdown and start up of my PC has not made a difference...

 

We are investigating this issue as it appears it may be a cloud sync issue with your Xbox account.
