    Power Ups and Keys will not let me upload or give out


    For the last two months I have been trying to claim my keys and power ups from my friends as well as give them power ups and keys. Whenever I go to the "social" block off the menu, it kicks me out of the game! Can anyone help me? This never happened months
    ago (once in a while I would get kicked out of the game when retrieving power ups and keys from friends, but not often enough to complain). Now I can't even get anything and sometimes when I win at my game, instead of taking me to where you claim your keys
    and points etc., it kicks me out sometimes! Frustrating to say the least! Does anyone know how to fix the game? I even deleted it and uploaded it again to no avail. Thanks Pengi

    Can't gift keys to friends

    I am able to send power ups to friends, but it won't let me send keys. Why not??

    Tired of no support on here

    I have tried to get Microsoft to fix there social so that we could get our KEYS AND POWER UPS but still no good.... Every time I try it knocks me out of the game...

    How do you get the power ups and keys??????????????????

    Who did you talk to because I would love to have someone talk to because Every time I click on Social it will NOT let me get in to send or get my key or power up so I need someone that will respond to me...............

    Guest key problems

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in!

    To start out, let's give your Xbox One a simple power cycle to see if that helps clear this up. To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Let us know how it goes :)
