X-1 Ghosts Black Screen FIX **TRY THIS FIRST**

Just to address a couple of things mentioned earlier, 1st, it appears that YES, this issue will continue to happen. It just happened to me for the second time since getting Ghosts with my launch console, so, it looks like about once every month and a half
    or so.

Also, the hard power down DOES work. You have to hold the console power logo until the screen goes black, then let go and wait until the power supply goes orange. You'll have to power back up using the console touchpad rather than the controller, but this
    resolves it.

First thing to try would be a hard reset. Try this and let us know how it goes.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    for results.

    Good Luck!

Okay, I had a similar issue, and it can be that the Power Suppy is broken or the console is broken.

Before we panic about your console being broken let's try one thing.

Unplug EVERYTHING and leave it for 30 seconds or 1 minute.

Plug it DIRECTLY to a power source (don't use extenders, or multi power sockets). Try to turn on the console connected directly to the wall...

If it works, YAY! You can keep using your console.

If it does not work, please have a chat with the costumer support, and they will give you the best option to help with your case.

  5. Hey there, MLP Lunas guard!

If those troubleshooting steps in the previous posts don't help resolve the issue, I would try either another wall or outlet, making sure that the console is not connected to any power strip or extension cord, or perhaps try another power supply unit. Make
sure that your set up is as follows in this page

About the Xbox One power supply .

If that doesn't work and you cannot get the console to power to power or stay powered on, then you might need to get the console serviced. Which could be more affordable than a brand new machine.

If you do want to get a repair order created, visit
    https://support.microsoft.com/devices
and you should be able to get that done there.

You can also see if you can contact support and see what other options you may have.

Try giving that info a read through and let us know how that helps with the resolution of the issue.

    Thanks

Broken sync functionality on Xbox One X?

    Hi,

If the Xbox power button on the console isn't flashing then you should fully shut down the console by holding the power button down until the unit goes off. Wait about 10 seconds, power back on and try syncing again.

Mine did the same thing. It wouldn't sync because the power button wasn't flashing.
