    We had a power surge but the game console was not on but had no power we replaced the power supply but now have no signal have tried soft factory reset and hard reset but still nothing it an Xbox one s with a 2t hard drive will I need to replace it or
    can I reset it another way .kind regards Barry

    if the repair was via xbox and still does not work properly it is possible that you must resend your console for repair, check the status of your warranty

    Barry,

    have you checked the display the XBOX is connected to to make sure it isnt the problem? (i.e. if the XBOX is plugged into HDMI 4 plug another device into that HDMI port to make sure it works as expected.)
