    Power Supply/Update Issue

Every time I turn off my Xbox One the power supply light goes solid orange and I have to do all the little tricks in the book to get the light white again so I can turn on the Xbox. Some times this takes a few minutes sometimes it takes a couple hours. Now every
time I get it to turn on I have to download a 468 MB update. The biggest problem here is that the console needs to restart multiple times during the update. Then I’m back to trying to get the power supply from orange to white again causing the update to need
to restart. A couple times now I have been able to restart the console successfully and get through the update and then I just try to never turn off my console so I don’t have to go through this but it has to go off eventually. I left my console on for like
2 days and when I turned it off, the next day the Xbox came back on normally and it stayed that way for about a week. Now suddenly the power Supply is orange again and I had to go through all that again. After a couple hours of fidgeting with it and finally
getting it on.... of course a 468 MB update. It’s starting to get really frustrating. I thought I finally fixed it now it’s back to being crap. I finally got through the update again now I’m scared I can’t turn it off again without having to go through this
again. Screw this update I’ve downloaded it probably 10 times now.

    :)

    Power supply issue.

So, I moved to germany from the US. I bought a 220 to 110 voltage converter that could support like 1500 watts or close to it. I plugged in the converter to the socket then the power supply in seconds I heard a buzz from the power supply. Before I could
remove power cord a puff of smoke shot out of my power supply. Did the power supply just fry it self? If it did did was the converter faulty?

What is the error code 0x87e10032, and how to fix it?

UPDATE: the xbox is now blinking the light twice, related to power supply issue?

Sounds like the power supply is burnt out and may need to be replaced.

No. Don't even attempt using the Xbox 360 PSU on your Xbox One. The use of any accessory other than the standard Xbox One PSU may damage your console and void your console warranty.

You can contact Xbox Support to ask for a replacement PSU or you can process one by yourself through this website:
