I bought an Xbox one in the USA and I brought it to Australia, but the power system in Australia works in 240V, which is a different voltage system compared to the 110V voltage used in the USA. Therefore I need another power brick. How can I get a new one?

Have you tried to go through the following page?

Login there, Register your Console if you havent already done that, choose "Manage" and "Replace an accesory". Select Power Supply and follow the onscreen process. At some Point it aks you if you want to send in your old or buy a new one. Try if you can
choose to buy one for your Region with the right power.

If you havent the Option there contact the Xbox Support with your issue. Select "Chat with Xbox Support" there.

I have a Xbox One bought in the UK.

The Power Supply (PSU) is 220 Volts and I live now in Costa Rica (110 V). How can I buy a new PSU 110V ???

As XBF Brad A states, you won't bve able to use the power cord. All you need is a travel adapter plug for France. You should be able to get one at a store local to you. Microsoft/Xbox do not sell these.

The power supplies are built into the S and X and are multi voltage. All you will need is an adapter plug for the wall outlet for France.
