Power supply unit

Hello everyone,

I am currently in Japan and I plan to buy an Xbox one S because mine has failed due to voltage problems. I owned the first version of Xbox one (the big black model) and since I bought it in France, it only allowed 220-240 V.

My question is simple, I wanted to know if the new power supplies of the models included in the Xbox one S and X are: 110-240 V and therefore can adapt the electrical power according to the region. Because I plan to go back to France and I want to
be able to use it with a cable adapted for French plugs.

If this is not the case, please orient me as well as possible.

In addition, is it possible that the Xbox after-sales service can provide me with a new power supply for French outlets?

As XBF Brad A states, you won't bve able to use the power cord. All you need is a travel adapter plug for France. You should be able to get one at a store local to you. Microsoft/Xbox do not sell these.

The power supplies are built into the S and X and are multi voltage. All you will need is an adapter plug for the wall outlet for France.
