Thanks for your response. Since Microsoft is no longer carrying the power supply on our stores, the next best option would be to purchase on used or a third party power supply.

yes the ORIGNAL xbox one , the first one that came out. yes you helped me , i thought they were discontinued on microsoft store and that what you tell me ... so i have to go on amazon or somethig like that right?

3rd party vendors such as Amazon.com. The power supplies are no longer available for sale from our Microsoft sites. Let us know with a reply if this didn't answer your question!

I would recommend reaching out to MS Tech Support to setup a repair ticket for a replacement power supply.
