Power supply issue or console issue

PLEASE REPLY ANYTHING WILL HELP

i replaced my power supply on xbox one because my last one was flashing and xbox would not power on and now when i plug in the new power supply to my console it turns white for 3 seconds then turns orange for 3 seconds and repeats this about 3 times and
finally just stays orange and while its switching between white and orange it only makes the power on sound when i touch the start up button but no light on console and wont turn on and when the power supply is finally just orange it will turn on for 3-5 seconds
and automatically shut down ive tried everything will someone please help

Solid Red Light on Console

A red or amber light on a power supply is a power supply issue, a red light on a console is not a power supply issue.

What's the color of light on the power supply of the console? There's a couple different reasons the console could be shutting off ranging from a power supply issue (bad power supply), or the console overheating (general console issue, dust blocking the vents
etc).

 

Do you have it plugged into a surge protector or directly into a wall? The X Box One was designed to be plugged directly into the wall, as it has a built in surge protector. The X Box One will not receive full power if plugged into a surge protector and
may give you problems.

 

Its plugged directly into the wall and still has the issue im just trying to figure out if its console or power supply
