Hey CivilBird18690, Just an addition to OutSider. If the troubleshooting page didn't worked for you, your power supply may failing. To isolate the issue from power supply to Xbox Console, are you able to connect your Xbox Console to another power supply
(like from a friend, family and/or neigbour)? If your Console is working correctly, it may be the power supply that is having issues. Are you able to connect your power supply to someone else his Xbox Console and see if any issue(s) occur. Let us know the

Solid Red Light on Console

A red or amber light on a power supply is a power supply issue, a red light on a console is not a power supply issue.

 

Same thing here ! I killed my xbox and microsoft is pushing me to buy another one. Where is the repair ?

 

Hi, as Malaysia uses a 240 volt power output and the USA is only 110 Volts odds are you fried the power supply and possibly the Xbox also. I doubt you'd get any support from Microsoft as the issue was not caused by a hardware failure, rather that you accidently
over powered the system.

 

Yeah since this was not caused by a hardware defect but by overloading the system thats probably why they are pushing you to buy a new one versus a repair likely because this is something that is probably not covered under warranty
