Power Supply Blinking White

My xbox won't turn on, and when the power supply is plugged in it blinks white. The xbox will make a pulsing whirring sound like a fan or something is pulsing. Has anyone had this issue?

Xbox One power supply blinks white then orange 3 times, but console won't power on.

I'm having issues with my Xbox One. When I connect my Xbox to the power supply then plug it into the wall outlet, the PSU will blink white, then orange, then white, then orange, then white, then stay orange. Once it's done blinking the Xbox will not respond
to any of the buttons; however, while the PSU is blinking I can get tones while repeatedly pressing the power but it won't stay powered. I've taken the xbox and power supply my neighbors house and same issue. Connect his power supply to my xbox and same blinking
pattern. Use my power supply on his xbox and it works fine. I sent my xbox in for repair and it came back with a note saying there was no problem found, but connect it back to my PSU and same blink pattern, take it to neighbor same blink pattern. I have used
3 different friends to test and same issue. What else can I do to fix this issue?

I have the older white pro console. I think the power supply is done because the light keeps blinking and it's making a clicking noise. The xbox won't even turn on

My power supply lights orange then blinks white for a second when I power up my xbox the turns off and goes back to orange

Hi there Bryan,

Thanks for reaching out! Sounds like your troubleshooting your
Power Supply for the Xbox One.

The Power supply LED on your power supply, Is the unit light still on, or has it turned off or started blinking? The color white/amber will happen when it filters the power in the surge protector.
When troubleshooting take a look at the LED light, does it stay solid or blink (light turns off and on)?

I had same problem Microsoft was gone send me another console but today I tried messing with it and got it to come on. The trick is once its solid orange disconnect it from console and plug it back up once it turns white either keep tapping power button
or tapping and holding power button and eject button at same time until power supply light stays white without blinking. Its gone take several tries just remember try timing the presses as the light turns white on power supply.
