Power supply blew up, problems finding a replacement?

So today the power supply blew up on my xbox 360 slim which triggered a power outage in my house and a strong burning smell from the power supply. I spent over an hour chatting to someone at Microsoft and they couldn't process an order for a replacement,
I tried myself via myservice.xbox.com and it also wouldn't let me order one. Having looked online I could only find 135w replacements but my one is a 120w, would 135w work ok? If not what's the go with getting one through Microsoft as not even the customer
service rep could organise that.

How can I use my USA Xbox one in uk?

I just blew my US power supply up as I hadn't realised it was only 100-127v and I live in Malaysia where the voltage is 240v. Can I get a 250v power supply here in Malaysia?

The 135w will not work because it will be too much to run it since it is the 120w! Here is the rundown of the revisions(en.wikipedia.org/.../Xbox_360_hardware)
and about trying to order the part do you have your console registered when u go to myservice?

So I managed to order one through Microsoft, however it is the 135w model. I rang and mentioned this and they said my XBOX can be used with either the 120w or 135w. It seems to work fine.
