Power rangers battle for the grid collectors edition

It's best if you just ask the question. Then someone can answer if they know.

You did get what you paid for. You ignored the collectors edition purchase that's CLEARLY marked on the store page. What you did was you bought the game for $20 and then bought the season pass for $15. You bought two separate items, instead of the one
bundled item.

The only thing that's wrong is that the link for the Digital Collector's Edition for the XB1 on https://battleforthegrid.com/pages/buy-now links to the

standard edition instead of the
collector's edition, however there's multiple clear indicators of what you're buying. There is no fraud, there is no false advertising. There is however, horrible customer service.

I'm not blaming, criticizing you, or condemning you. I've done similar things in the past. I'm just setting the record straight so we can move on and get you those skins for the game. I'm personally not a Power Rangers fan, but I am a gamer, and I know
how important it is to me to have everything possible to obtain within a game.

Other Ambassadors have given you ways to get ahold of someone to speak to in customer support. My recommendation would be, once you get a hold of someone (and if you don't get a hold of someone, maybe try this on the refund request form for the game AND
the season pass):

1. Indicate what happened - you followed a link from the games webpage for the digital collectors edition, but ended up buying the normal edition and season pass individually.
2. Indicate what you would like done - you want a refund for those two items ($35 in total)
3. Indicate what you are going to do - you are going to buy the digital collector's edition of the game ($40)

In one situation where I had to go through this, the customer service agent made me buy the new edition first, confirmed my purchase, and then refunded me the old edition.

I also Have the same exact issue, I read others who have as well and that its only tied to the game pass version NOT the steam version, as someone who had both copies said in forum.

Happens for black and i think also the pink ranger sometimes? for me.

Special edition always remind me,a unique collector editon (mono edition) for Grid 2 at €145,000 (no joke).It got a guiness record but don't know if someone bought it....
