Power pack malfunction question

Hello to those reading,

i had contacted support quite a while back (11th April, 2020) regarding a power pack that malfunctioned while in use, upon plugging the power pack into the console and turning on the socket the power pack began to emit sparks through the small ventilation
gaps followed by a thick cloud of smoke.

Due to me having to act fast to cut the power supply to stop this from escalating i had breathed some of the smoke in, i have asthma and although there were only slight problems with my breathing at the beginning im not sure if there is any hidden long term
damage.

i had spent the full day trying get through the difficult process to contact “actual support” for me to still til this day not have this resolved.

i have also sent images of the console and the powerpack including the neccesary wires for the powerpack along with the sticker that is positioned on the bottom of power pack.

This power pack was working prior to this fault, Now imagine if this happened while the console was left unattended, there are so many scenarios that could of happened ending with devastating results.

I still have my service request number for referance if support want to finally resolve this issue.

Here are my questions:

How much longer am i expected to wait?

Why is the support so difficult to reach?

Do customer support even care anymore?

Has anyone else had a similair problem with customer support being so neglectful?
