    Ok, so I bought my xbox one about, well, not even a month ago and today I was watching tv with the hdmi cord plugged into the hdmi output slot on the console so I can watch tv through the xbox one, anyways I was watching tv and all of a sudden I hear a pop
    competing from the outlet I had the console on and out turned off as soon as it happened, I didn't smell anything burnt but it still worries me that it did fry something and so I decided to change outlets and it still didnt work, I plugged in the brick and
    its light will be on for a few seconds then turns off. After a while of playin with it, I tried turning it on and it makes the very beginning of the start up sound but it doesnt even turn on. I don't know if it fried the brick or the whole console, please
    I help if there is a fix

    Contact the phone support, maybe they will help you out with that.

    Hey there!

    Try a console power cycle, a hard reset, and see if it works then.

    If not, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Sorry to hear it. The plug of an Xbox One console has a built in surge protector. The power surge probably blew that out.

    You should be able to set up a replacement of the plug at the following link
