Power Line broadband adapter

Has any used the adapter to move your modem from different plugs in the house ? Example I have modem in one room plug in adapter and modem plugs in uses powerline in my hose to then hard wire xbone to modem. Which brand works and is it any good thanks

Connecting xbox one to 2 tv's in separate rooms

If I used a USB to cat extender could I use power line adapters.

So it would go wired controller into USB to cat adapter then cat cable into power line adapter,
Then downstairs another power line adapter with cat 5 coming from it plugged into USB to cat adapter with USB cable into the xbox

I hope you know what I mean

Is Halo 5 making the same mistake as HMCC?

It's the same with BT Genchy who I've been with since broadband was available in my area.

Before we moved to fibre it was the old BT Voyager modem we had. Just the one device, power lead and broadband line you had to plug into to. Then you just connected either by using ethernet cables or wireless.

Once on fibre we received the new Home Hubs, again one device, plug the power and broadband line into it and away you go.

Hello, I actually have these for my 360 in my bedroom. I use Belkin Powerline Ethernet Adapter. I play online with that and it works great. I haven't tested with it on Xbox One but I have no issues with these devices for my 360. Very reliable!

i had a room mate that used power line adapters, he never complained, but it was a older set that would only go as high as 10/full duplex and couldn't be used through a power strip/surge protector.

i'm sure newer models work better, but do your research, not all will be created equal.

I can confirm that you should never use them in power strips or anything like that. They MUST go straight into the wall socket or they will not work. They are about $100 for the pair I had but they have never let me down. Hope it works out for you!

Yes Line rental is needed in the UK, but that is for the Home phone anyway. So it does not matter who you are with, you need Line Rental.
