Power light

If you're talking about an Xbox 360 there's a variety of reasons as to why you get the quote on quote "red ring of death." The most common is a power failure of some sort. Xbox 360 consoles can't be serviced by Microsoft anymore so I'd advise you to look

If the light on the power brick is the one that's turning red then that's definitely a power failure/a fan failure. That can be solved by simply buying a new power brick in most cases.

It means the system is broken. More than likely due to over heating.

If you're talking about an xbox 360, that is the red ring of death. Which is not good, it could mean the xbox isn't getting enough ventilation or just the xbox failing
