Power light flashing after shutdown - Omega Ring

Similar to the Background Downloading that's existed for a while (and does the flashing green light in a "low power" mode after shutdown), the new Cloud Storage feature does its syncing after shutdown if the sync wasn't finished yet, and usually flashes
for at least a few seconds while it checks whether the sync is necessary.

Usually, the power light flashes when you try to bind a new wireless controller to the console or shortly during startup/shutdown of the console.

Does the console start completely to the Home Screen, or is the console not starting at all when the power light flashes?

Hey Chap! What exactly do you mean by "it turns back on"? Does it completely shut down and then power back on to the dashboard, or does the power light simply flash for a while? If the latter, please just leave the console alone for a minute and it will
complete its shutdown after successfully saving/downloading/uploading. Let me know, thanks!

You could set the option for the console to shutdown after an hour and also have background downloads enabled. This will mean the console will power off partially, still showing the white light on the power unit but continue to download the requested file
until fully complete. Once downloaded the console will then shutdown fully showing the orange light on the power unit.
