    Does anyone know how I can lodge a complaint.

    Two weeks or so ago, I tried turning my Xbox One on but found it had no power. I went through the power supply troubleshooting and even invested in a new power supply but to no avail. As my Xbox is still under warranty, I used Device Support to send my Xbox
    away for repair. I received the console back earlier today in the exact same condition I sent it off in, aside from the game disk being removed from inside it.

    I've tried two power packs, different sockets and am still experiencing the same problem, there is no power getting to the console to even turn on. Its like they've removed the game disk and just sent it back when it was clearly stated that the power supply
    was the issue. So now I will have to go through the rigamarole of sending it back again, hoping this time they actually fix the problem

    So its going to be the better part of a month without my console, which is more than a little annoying. I'm really not happy with the customer service.

    Any advice? Or should I just create another service order to have it repaired.

    So I recently got an original Xbox from my friend. I take it home and i plug it into, etc., and i turn it on. Works for about 5 seconds, then turn itself off. The longest it will stay on for is about 10-13 seconds. I called Xbox support and the guy suggested I buy a new power cord. I did that, and I tried it again. It worked... and then shut off again. So obviously its nothing to do with the power cord. Suggestions?

    Take it apart and look. maybe something shorted out..

    Hey there Altered Idol!

    I definitely understand the frustrations with this. Have you by chance reached out to
    Phone/Chat support in regards to your console still not working? They may be able t help set up the appropriate service for your Xbox One. Really sorry to hear your Xbox One still isn't
    working correctly.

    Try unplugging it from the wall outlet then trying it again. This will probably happen again and theres nothing you can do to stop it.

    I the console was working perfectly fine, but it was very dusty, so I opened the console up, used a paper towl to remove any dust inside the console and changed the thermal paste then put it back together and the light would light up and then shut off and after many tries it turned on and it needed to update so I trued to and it would shut down rinse and repeat finally it was able to update completely tgot to the home screen and then it shut off again and it won't turn on again

    Hello ZekeLane, according to your description that you already opened the console and in the case of the Xbox One S, try to change the socket, and try to turn on the console if it does not work, the ideal would be to take the console back to the assistance that did the service.
