My P3 meter shows around 60 watts when just watching TV. If you leave a 60 watt light bulb on for 24/7 in a month it will use depending on your energy cost around +/- $5.

I honestly dont have the answer, but get a plugin power & energy monitor and see. They are usually cheap and comes in handy other times too, if your into that.

I think you mean 0.116 kWh and 0.087 kWh. Otherwise, the power consumption of tv's would have gone up quite a lot.
