Discus and support power cards in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i never receive my keys when the community reaches its goal. i participate heavily in the game and am rather disappointed. is there any way to fix...     i never receive my keys when the community reaches its goal. i participate heavily in the game and am rather disappointed. is there any way to fix this?

    Nevermind I found them. Anyone else with this problem they are under social, then send recieve gifts.

    Power Card

    Hello there!

    We understand that there is an issue with not receiving the 100 Keys from the Community Goal.



    Try to follow our How to uninstall and reinstall a game on Windows 10 article.

    This is to see if the game needs to be updated/refreshed entirely, as well as attempt to clear out any corrupted data if any is present on the game itself.

    Let us know if this helps out.
