power card rewards not received &very buggy

2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using?
   Samsung - smart pc
3. About how long ago did you start having this problem?
   Since installing the app
4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games?
   No
5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens.
   

in regards to the bugginess - things start going downhill after about three or four games. The graphics get out of sync - if I open a piece of luggage I will see that graphic but not the contents, the contents may fly by sometime later; the display of the
new cards may be delayed so that it does appear 5 or 6 numbers may have already been called; the power card will show up but if you have a completed a bingo on the power card, the Bingo and 'puffs' showing the Bingo will appear some time later behind other
images.

In order to get everything going again properly, I have to restart my tablet

Also, I have not received my rewards from the community for the power cards -the time ended last evening.

power card community rewards?

how can I collect the power card bingo community rewards. the collection meter was full to receive my 100 keys I collected for finishing 17 power bingos in the USA power card but I haven't received them. I also am also waiting for the same rewards for
the France power card and don't want to loss them like I did for the USA one.

I posted 18 days ago in the support forum that I had completed 2 power cards and that I did not receive any rewards.

 

These all should have been fixed in the update that just went out- let me know if it wasn't.

 

Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

The Power Card rewards are being reset. I will speak to the devs to see when we can see this issue resolved. I'll also file a bug report about that bingo audio issue. How many times has that happened so far? Thanks so much for your input!

The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.

I have yet to receive my 100 keys from the power bingo yesterday. April 6th 2014.

 

I am not getting my correct keys rewards and the game keep restarting losing points

Can you please specify which Keys you are missing (rewards from a round or rewards for assisting with the Community Goal)? By "points", do you mean Coins? Have you tried any of the solutions offered in our FAQ, including manually checking for updates or
uninstalling the game and resetting the Store cache?

 

Hello, my first post. I have been playing Microsoft Bingo Windows 8, and as of this date: May 8, 2015 I did not receive any community award keys. I was in France, and the meter was full, all three 'key' boxes indicating my awards where lit and full ( as
to measure bar). I tried clicking on the golden key, and the lock, nothing. So obviously the update didn't fix this issue. Also, I would like to know how does one see the approved bingo patterns, as shown in the tutorial, again? Nothing in help shows them,
and I can't find any images of them doing searches on web. Thanks.

 

Hello Sandflea,

Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.
