    Power brick on orange light


    Hi, I bought my Xbox One at the launch in Brazil, on late 2013. It was running smoothly until July this year, when I moved out to another address and tried to turn it on just twenty days later, the power block's light remained orange and blinking white,
    then suddenly worked out.

    At December's first week I'd had a power cut by some scheduled maintenance, the issue occured again. At this time, after varoius tests and researching, I bought my self a new power brick. Today after changing the furniture it was off for a couple hours and
    presented the same behaviour again.

    I can't buy a new power brick every time I need to unpplug it for a while. What's the final solution?

    Just to confirm, when the console is off your power brick has an orange light and when on it displays a green light, also the console does not show any red lights on it, it simply switches off reverting the power brick to the orange light?

    You could try, but I don't believe it's the power brick that's the issue. When the console is turned on, the power brick should be green. When the console is turned off the power brick should display an orange color. If it was flashing orange, red, or no
    light then there would be a problem.

    Found something interesting during my 3.5 hours on chat last night with MS, the constant orange light on the power brick turned off when I unplugged my cable box from the HDMI in port. without that plugged in, the brick has no light at all. If I leave everything
    else plugged in except the hdmi in, there is no light at all and no power, if I plug in the hdmi in, the light turns orange again on the brick.
