    Power Supply/Brick Not Working?

I was in the middle of using the Xbox One Console, when a sudden pop noise came from, what i believe is the power supply/brick. I have attempted to fully unplug the brick for well over 10 seconds, per your troubleshooting page's request, as well as it is
plugged in to a wall outlet, and I have even attempted a separate outlet than the one I was initially using to power the system.

I am unaware of the issue happening before with the console/power supply, however I would like to express my discomfort for the issue, as I have previously been a customer with Microsoft for it's console market since the earlier release of the Xbox 360,
up to current, even still owning the final model release (E), and, though my E is still working, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I had multiple issues since the beginning of my journey with this company.

I had the Arcade Model go out at one point for a graphical error, I had two of the Slim Models just no longer power on, and now I am experiencing power issues with this Xbox One console, which is making my anxiety over the possible issues not any better.
I also have already sent in 1 wireless controller for repair/replacement, since I had purchased this Xbox One.

I have owned it for over 2 years, and the third year (final year of the warranty, and luckily I bought the extended warranty) is already into play. The last thing I want to deal with, is another one of Microsoft's consoles living to literally just outside
of their warranty expiration dates. I have, since first playing an Xbox 360 in 2005 (Oblivion and Crackdown), been a big Microsoft fan, to the point of literally investing hundreds of dollars in games, accessories, and the different consoles even, and I somehow
feel that I, as a consumer, am being taken advantage of on many cases that I have had to deal with your customer support, as far as the sheer ignorance of some of the technical support staff, down to the fact that I have had to pay for things I feel I should
not have, such as for the shipping of my wireless controller to be serviced, when it was purchased with the Xbox One Console, and the extended warranty was purchased on the grounds that it covered the whole purchase (Everything that came in the box when I
    bought it).

I fear this issue could lead into an underlying issue I had with one of the previous Xbox 360 Models, where my power supply/brick stopped working at one point, and once it was working again, the system's power/hardware just simply stopped working, which
I still believe to this day is due to the faulty brick your customer support refused to acknowledge was an issue, when it was still under warranty.

    power brick is not working

This really depends on where and if the power supply is either for Slim, Xbox Pro or Arcade console and may have been burnt because of console type. Go here for help: myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx

    Not working Power Brick

Since the power brick was overheating you will most likely need to replace it. To be sure if you have access to another one you may want to test it before purchasing a new one.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

But could you clarify something: Is this a Japanese console you are trying to use on a U.S. outlet?

Or are you using it in the same country?

If it is the former, then you will need a power converter ... unless the brick is burnt out due to the current difference.

If it is the latter, then are there any lights on the power brick?
