Power brick cannot light on and the console cannot be turned on

Recently I move from singopre to America and took my xbox1 with me. However, the console cannot be turned on and the power brick always is dark even after I used a voltage converter. I can use the converter in my G751jt. So I am sure is not the power problem
of the converter cuz G751jt has higher power than xbox 1. Anyone can help me?

You could try, but I don't believe it's the power brick that's the issue. When the console is turned on, the power brick should be green. When the console is turned off the power brick should display an orange color. If it was flashing orange, red, or no
light then there would be a problem.

 

New March update?

Seriously, just turned my console off to notice the light start blinking then turn off. Looked at the power brick and it was orange, turned my console back on to be greeted with a green update bar

 

Its most likely that the power brick may have died.

It's likely that the converter has caused this issue. We never recommend using one of those with the console. As InvasiveHASAN suggested, it sounds like the power supply has gone bad and we'd suggest obtaining a replacement through the
online service center.
