Power bingo reward keys not received

I should have been awarded 40 keys when the community reached the goal, but I never saw any. Are you supposed to do something special to pick them up? I've seen a few others with the same question, but no response here... maybe they don't even monitor here.
Lame, ha!

not receiving power card rewards

Hello under your power bingos it states you will receive your reward when the community goal has been reached which happened overnight this morning I expected to receive 15 keys as I had passed the 5 power bingo marker yet I have not received anything so
what the point of playing power bingo if you don't get any reward? Please help

REALLY ANNOYING....CAN WE HAVE OUR REWARDS

I HAVE PLAYED IN TWO COMMUNITY POWER BINGO AND HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED REWARDS FOR BOTH, ONE WAS 15 KEYS AND THE MOST RECENT WAS 100 KEYS. I WORKED HARD FOR THESE REWARDS AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM. HELP! WHAT IS GOING ON AND BY THE COMMENTS I SEE I AM
NOT THE ONLY ONE. WAITING NOT SO PAITENTLY. THANKS

Same problem too, tried to contact them, transfered me from xbox support to microsoft support, back to xbox support, back again to microsoft support, and to tell me finally to
call the game department to have my issue solved. Do I need to contact the game developers? Isn't this their problem???

I have yet to receive my 100 keys from the power bingo yesterday. April 6th 2014.

Please check the little Gift icon in the main menu for Community Rewards and let us know if you found your keys there.

Hello again,

The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.

I paid 600 coins for 50 keys: You deducted the coins but I did not receive the keys. What's up with that. This has happened several times when I did not get credit for the bingos I got and when I didn't receive the trunk for a power pattern. I also did
not receive credit earned for the bingos I earned and the 3 power numbers I selected when the game got stuck and I had to exit out of the program. This is happening too often and I won't put up with it for too much longer. I have deleted a couple other games
for less.
