Power Bingo = No reward?!

Discus and support Power Bingo = No reward?! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Have yet to receive a single reward for all of my power bingos.     Power Bingo = No reward?!


    Have yet to receive a single reward for all of my power bingos. What is the point of the community card if we don't get the prize we have earned.

    No Power Bingo keys

    I was eligible to get the 100 keys for France Power Bingo. Goal was reached and I got nothing. Also frequently get the cannot connect to server message.

    No reward for power bingo.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft bingo. I had made 5 power bingos by last night and when I got on this morning team goal was reached and restarted but I did not get my 5 keys. This is 50 keys so far that I have not received.

    power bingo rewards?

    Hey Fiddler2788! Which card did you achieve this with? You may want to try logging out of the account through the Xbox app and then singing back in to see if that updates your key total. If that does not work a reinstall of the app
    would be the next step. Post back and let us know how it goes!

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

    Power Card Bingo Keys Rewards

    Please check the little Gift icon in the main menu for Community Rewards and let us know if you found your keys there.

    Didn't get Power Bingo Rewards

    you need to collect them - they don't arrive automatically.

    Use the menu and go to "social" There is a yellow box in there from which you collect your winings - hop that helps

    Same problem too, tried to contact them, transfered me from xbox support to microsoft support, back to xbox support, back again to microsoft support, and to tell me finally to
    call the game department to have my issue solved. Do I need to contact the game developers? Isn't this their problem???
