Power ball under a star ball

When a Power Bingo ball comes under a star-ball a star-ball and it is drawn in bingo so does it not get marked on the the Power bingo card.

Even if it is just one of more that fall under the star ball.

How come the power balls do not count if they have a star on them and then the number is called and you can't put your dauber on them but the power ball goes across. When I went back to the power ball bingo card, it didn't count it. Please fix this.

I just finished playing a game where I missed out on a power ball due to the fact that it was covered up by a star. I had chose #1 as a power ball. During the game, the number had been covered up by a star, and when the number one had been called and I looked
to the side card, and it was lit up as if I had daubed the number, but at the end of the game, on the Power Bingo Card, not only did I not get the power ball, but I had to choose it again. This means that I lost out on the power ball points, but I also lost
out one points that I paid when I chose the power ball.

If this is happening to things like this, how many other times do we get jerked around on other things that we don't catch. We can only hope that Microsoft plays fair, but it is obvious that things go wrong. -

 

look at your card it does and it always has if a power ball is under a starball when the powerball is called you'll hear the sound effect for the powerball, so it does get counted and you do get the one luggage that goes with it

 

I hear the sound and may certainly get the luggage belonging, (I believe), but the number is not marked on the power bingo card.

To explain the problem a bit more, I do it with an example:

I mark number 1 - 25-33 on the power bingo card.

During the game, I get star ball that marks number 33 on one of the bingo cards.

Then, as drawn numbers 33, and the sound and the picture comes up that there was a power bingo numbers.

When I've finished playing, it is not 33 marked on the power bingo card.

The summary that comes right after the game show that I have received a power bingo numbers but it is still not selected.

 

I'm having trouble with the power ups....whenever it's the lightening power up, it blanks out like I don't have any more and won't let me use it or any of the other power ups. I've got almost 30 I can't use because of this. Can this be fixed? Please?

 

well it depends as the reason it does that if you get a 2nd right after the first your *** as it blacks out, same with question mark and 2x, if they come back to back they blackout your powerups until next game

 

I am having the same problem. I select my power ball Numbers before the game starts, if during the course of the game I use a free-space "star" power-up and it happens to cover one of the power-ball numbers it essentially negates that power-ball number if
you only have one of them on the respective cards for that game. If you have 2 or 3 of the same # and then that # is drawn and you can cover it you get credit for it. In the previous version if the free-space star power-up covered any of your power numbers
they were marked on your power card as having been drawn. In this newer version it completely negates the number as if you didn't have it

 

I have noticed the same problem with the Power ball under the star-ball. I try to wait until the end to use the star-balls to, among other reasons, avoid this problem. I have also noticed that the 2x icon does not show up when I use that Power-up - I may
be getting the result but I don't see the icon to assure me that I am.

 

I have found a workaround:

When a Power ball is drawn, be sure to click all the stars that may lie above a Power ball. Then you will be credited with the Power ball number.

 

It always did get marked and counted until the latest update. Since then it doesn't seem to count anymore. When you only have 1 of that number and it gets covered and then the ball is drawn you can't mark it and lose out on it that way also.

 

i'm not having that problem, as when i've had that power up and it marks the powerballs
