Power adapter for xbox 360 from Australia to work in India

Hello,

I recently purchased an xbox 360 from australia, which has its power cord and power adapter, now I want to use the same in India.

As the voltage levels are almost the same in Inida, Can i go ahead and attach a travel adapter and it would work?

OR

I need to get a dedicated Indian Adapter? if yes where can i get one, can Microsoft xbox support help in this?

110V to 220V adapter replacement

Hi,

I have recently moved from US to India. I carried my XBox from US to India.

The power adapter that came with the console works on 110V AC, and in India the power supply is 220V AC.

I want to replace my 110V adapter to a 220V one.

Please help.

 

XBOX 360 power adapter in india

I have purchased Xbox 360 in USA in November 2013. I am recently related to India. Can I get the India Power adapter by exchanging the US power adapter for free as the device is still under warranty? Or do i have to purchase the Indian power adapter?

 

The mains voltage in India is 230v 50Hz same as Australia. The Xbox 360 for OZ is the same as the consoles sold in India and Europe. The Power supply is designed for 200-240V. It will work fine, all you need is the travel adapter.
