I am looking for a power adapter for my xboz 360 console. Is it still available to be purchased ? How much would that cost and from where to buy it.

power adapter for new 360E console

This hasn't worked. After getting the run around for a week, I am nowhere. I was first given the runaround by the German support. Then they stated they couldn't help me because the unit isn't sold by the German store. Then I had to pay to call the UK.
They are selling the unit, but said that I would have to pay extra for another power supply. Then they said they have no way to order it for me because Im not in the UK! What can I do? I bought this 1 week already and cannot use it. Are you sure the US
power supply wont work in Europe?

First it depends on your 360 model (Original, S or E) : Xbox power supply

Then you will have to chose the relevant power supply for your console :
official 203W power supply or

compatible 135W power supply or

compatible 120W power supply

blackassesin73, do you have the 360s (chrome power button) or the 360 (black, white, green power button on the console)? The 360s has wifi built-in.

For the 360, there are two models of wireless adapter. The
wireless 'G' adapter has one antenna and will do 802.11a (fast corporate networks), 802.11b (slow) and 802.11g (faster and most popular). The

wireless 'N' adapter has two antennas and will do 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n (fastest).

Hi,

The console in Canada is NTSC (North American based) and only NTSC games will work on the console. Games purchased in Norway are in a PAL format (EU based) and will not work in the console. You will need to import games for them to be playable in the console
or purchase specifically listed region free games.

As far as getting another power supply / cable, yes, that will work. You can order one from Xbox Support in Norway by contacting their customer service
here.

As far as the Kinect is concerned, depending on what console you have original Xbox 360 (white) or the Xbox 360 S the Kinect might require a power adapter, and if that's the case you need to make sure that the voltage is correct on that adapter. Xbox 360 S
console does not require the adapter as it works directly off of the USB power on the console.
