Power a spectra infinity not working

Given that the issue only occurs with Apex Legends, there are a couple of things that you can try to do. First, follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

If the game still doesn't recognize your controller, try to assign in to your account. Go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey.

Select This controller signs in, and then choose Link controller to link the controller you're using.

After that, restart your Xbox and then check if the game works.

If it still doesn't work, try to perform a factory reset while keeping games & apps installed. Make sure that you know the login credentials to all Xbox Live profiles currently signed in on your console, because they will be removed (including any games/subscription sharing with Home Xbox switches). Follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps.

5. After you select one of the options, your Xbox console will begin the process of erasing the selected content and resetting itself to the default settings.

6. Set up the console as usual, and then check if the game works correctly.

If even after all of these steps, the game still doesn't recognize the controller, then you need to contact EA and report this issue.

I have the PowerA Spectra Infinity and I'm also having the same issue. This controller has worked fine for me on Edge Canary, but now all of a sudden it is not being recognised by that browser or even regular Edge, The controller works on my PC, including on Chrome and the Gamepass app, but none of these have the clarity boost mode, so I'm not happy with sticking with those choices.

I have looked deep within the PowerA website and there is no mention of these controllers needing firmware updates at all.

I just bought Spectra on Xbox one, No achievements are unlocking or % are updating,

I just unlocked an achievement on the TrueAchievements app but achievements don't seem to be updating on Spectra.

Not on Microsoft site, not anywhere else.
