Mon compte [mod removed]) était bloqué jusqu'au 04/09/2017.

Mon fils pouvait jouer en ligne mais ne pouvais pas jouer en groupe et tchatter avec des amis.

La dat de la suspension (04/09/2017) est passé et il est toujours dans la même situation, c'est dire il peut jouer en ligne mais pas envoyer des messages.

Le compte est toujours bloqué. Je souhaiterait savoir pourquoi mon compte est toujours bloqué alors que vous m'avez dis au téléphone que le compte est débloqué ? Mon fils ne peux toujours pas envoyé de message.

You mention that your gamertag isn't the same as what you chose. Can you provide the gamertag that you did choose?
