Potentially Missing Free Game

I pre-ordered the South Park: The Fractured But Whole game, which was supposed to include a free copy of the South Park: Stick of Truth game. Keeping in mind that I already owned the digital copy of the game, I assumed that I would get the code as I had
always received in the past and give it to my brother. However, I have not received any such code this time. While researching, it appears as if the game was simply unlocked for players. Can anyone please confirm this? If this is not the case, how would
I go about collecting the code I am owed for pre-ordering the game? Thanks for any and all assistance!

Game DVR clip missing/potentially gone?

So while playing Gears 4 I got one insane clip with the snipe. I recorded this clip of course with the game dvr. I went to notifications to view the clip but instead the dvr gave a message saying "Sorry, something went wrong." After that I went straight
to all my captures. The clip was no where to be seen.. I did have a ton of clips when this happened but deleted some right away and still no sign of the clip. Now in my eyes there is no way it's gone but if it is I'm gonna be real pissed at microsoft for that
poor type of tool on the xbone. And if anyone else had this happen to yourself what did you do? If this happens a lot I think microsoft should fix their stuff ASAP!

 

How does the free weekend DRM work? Could one leave their system offline and play Forza 5 indefinitely?

Just curious. Not missing out on Destiny on Tuesday to keep my console offline so I can play, but with these free weekends potentially getting more and more numbered as time goes on, could you essentially keep the game longer than the weekend by just not
connecting to Live?

 

That is correct. They did not send the game as a code unless you purchased it as a physical disc. If you preordered digitally it was automatically shown as free on the marketplace.
