So 3 days ago, I contacted you guys (reference # 1304264321) becuase my witcher 3 would not download. We tried many things,but couldnt get it to work on my xbox. So he told me to go talk to CD Projekt Red and see if they could help, if they couldnt , i
should come back. So I talked to CD Red (nice people btw) but they couldnt seem to help me either. So what i did was go over to my brothers xbox, set my account as his home xbox, and download the game there. I thought that maybe if i put some time in the
game and made a safe file to a cloud, it would help the process. So I played the game on my account on another xbox, but still it wouldnt work for me. So the next day i believe, i contacted MS support. Now here's where it went wrong. Obviously, they thought
i wanted a refund, and to be honest, i kinda did, but he said since i already had a refund on the first of september(same issue, i think its my xbox one being faulty, getting a new one soon) they didnt want to give me a refund or else id risk a ban. I didnt
want a ban, since my library is 100% digital, so i said that i was fine, and told him to have a good day. however, i woke up yesterday and found out that i was banned. Please help?
