Posting My Own Captures to My Website

Hello all.

I have a... different question for you.

Just wondering if I am going to get sued by Xbox if I post my own Xbox captures to my website... I guess I own the copyright because I was the one who "took the photo" but I am not so sure and really do not feel like being sued for 1 million dollars.

Shed any light on this?
