Posting for my other account that is banned

iv just recently recived a ban for communication and a live ban so I can't play games online and iv applied for a case review and it was upheld with no information on why I was banned or proof iv been banned before iv learned my lesson with this so why I
said it I keep getting banned and the xbox live ban where did that come from I'm communication banned so cant harass anyone I want my account back it so not fair on the players that are genuine and getting banned for nothing just to be told to come talk on
a forum. Really would like help with my account.

Banned

I was banned a few days ago on my main account for posting a unacceptable gamer picture but my other accounts are banned too. I even made another account but still was banned for no reason on the new one. I’m paying for multiple accounts that are banned
that shouldn’t be. Is there something I don’t know?

 

Temporary ban

hello just posting in concern that my Xbox account has been temporarily banned for no reason I just wanted to lay some Xbox and my account is banned just wanting to know why thanks

 

If you have already filed for a case review and the decision was upheld there is nothing else that can be done. I suggest you in meantime to get yourself acquinted with the Code of Conduct and the rules of the service to avoid future bans: www.xbox.com/legal/codeofconduct

 

only the communication ban was upheld not the Xbox live ban it would let me do one for that but the case review are pointless your still left with questions rather than answer on why your banned no information what so ever I want to talk to someone from
the enforcement team that's what the person I rang up said to do go on the forum so and they will help you sort it out!!!! But yet again iv had no nothing

 

No one in the forums can offer help regarding ban issues. XBLPET has stopped using the forums for almost 2 years now

 

so why would Xbox support send me here? Just to get nothing

 

Because phone/chat support have a habit of sending people to the forums when they can't help,especially when it comes to enforcement matters.

For some reason they don't know that the enforcement team don't use the forums anymore & haven't done for quite a while.
