    I started a repair request for my xbox one a few days ago.

    The email you received, what was Microsoft telling you? What were they making you wait 24 hours for?

    I can't quite understand what you mean by "Microsoft stayed from sending me another one in a maximum of 24 hours", and "Posting Authorization of the Post to send the product".

    Have you shipped out your console to the repair center yet? They should have given you a shipping label to do so.

    As i said in my post and the the 2 other reps. I did receive a coucher code and i did enter it in my account. This is why i was quite surprised to receive an email saying i would get billed. An other rep even told me i had 3 months in my account. Yet your
    system is convinced i will get billed.
