So I have always bought items on disc and never through the store, but today I decided to buy it on store but it is asking for my postcode, I live in Ireland and I put my postcode but it says it is wrong or “ Formatted incorrectly” which I am certain it
is not. Help would be appreciated

Try and check your region settings to make sure they align with the postcode format.

Sign in to your Xbox One console.

Press the Xbox button Home to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select System.

Select Language & location.

Select your new location from the list, and then select Restart now.
