postcode invalid issue

Hello.

I just created new xbox account and redeemed 50euros to buy dlc and system asked me to add billing information and i gave all my details but system isnt accepting my Postcode Invalid .

In my account region is real as i am trying in billing information.

Any help please ??

parental acount troubles

hi i tried to purchase microsoft points for the newskyrim dlc which is coming out soon but as always i need parental permission.so my mum typesin her password and its wrong soshe then tries to reset it but that does not work so then she tries to reset
the whole microsoft account but the post is invalid?! although we tried every possibility with the postcode it still wouldnt submit because of.why did theaccount not work in the first place and why isthe postcode wrong? thank you for reading
