    Cannot purchase games because ot continually tells me that my postal code is formatted incorrectly. Please help

    I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.

    When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

    The Billing information won't take my postal code.

    everytime i enter a postal code it keeps saying I need a valid Postal code any help?

    Postal code

    Possibly, the postal code on your profile's billing info may not match what is registered on your payment method.

    You can modify your billing info on your Microsoft account by going here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

    I'd also try verifying your bank account information as well.

    To build on Internet Expert's post, another cause could be that your Xbox Live account's region doesn't match the region your billing info is tied to. To resolve that, you will need to migrate your account region to match the region you're physically located
    in using our Xbox Live Account Migration Tool.

    Xbox won’t accept my postal code I know it’s set to the right country and time zone so I don’t know what the problem is

    Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
