Postal code

Hello i am from Romania , and i have a problem with my billing information. When I enter my information and I click done it sais "Your zip code is invalid ,enter a valid code for your locale" . My locale is set to United States and there is no Romania in
locale so i don't know what postal code to enter. Please help me .Thank you

I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.

When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

 

The Billing information won't take my postal code.

everytime i enter a postal code it keeps saying I need a valid Postal code any help?

 

Did you use some sort of US address? If so, google the zip code for that address.

 

i used an address from Romania and the zip code too , but it dosen't work because my locale is US and there is no Romania in locale ,should i put in a US postal code?

 

You would have to use an address with postal code for whatever region you set your account to. If you're trying to use it for billing purposes, the address would have to match the payment method you are trying to add. Since Romania is not supported by live,
it is not possible to use Romanian information and you will have issues with some aspects of Live.

 

I know but if i am from Romania an there is no Romania in locale it means i can't buy xbox live gold and games from the store ? Because that's not fair.

 

Unfortunately that is what that means. Since Romania is not supported, Live is not available there and games are not always available to purchase digitally from there.

 

so i bought a xbox and can't use xbox live gold that's bad. Anyways thanks for the answer.
