Discus and support Postal Code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I want to be able to purchase content through my Xbox One.     I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.

    When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

    The Billing information won't take my postal code.

    everytime i enter a postal code it keeps saying I need a valid Postal code any help?

    I have purchased Gold, I download Xbox One games with gold, but I am unable to download any of the Xbox 360 games with gold. I will propose that my country is added, it may even happen one day, but...

    Even if it made sense to not take someone's money online because he/she is from a particular country - still it doesn't make sense to not be able to download free games because of a payment method.

    To download Xbox 360 backward compatibility games for Xbox One you need a valid method of payment attached to your account, even if the game is free. In cases of free games with gold a purchase of 0.00$ will be registered.

    Also a lot of triple a games are region locked meaning they cannkt be downloaded outside their intended area

    Xbox live isn't meant to be used in non supported areas

    If you do use it you must use your own methods of getting content you do so at your own risk

    Games with gold is only garenteed in official xbox live countries

    If you don't follow the terms of use and pick a country not of your own or live in an non xbox live country

    There is nothing you can do but to wait till your government supports it

    Xbox won’t accept my postal code I know it’s set to the right country and time zone so I don’t know what the problem is

    Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
