    I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.

    When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

    everytime i enter a postal code it keeps saying I need a valid Postal code any help?

    I don't have one that is known to work but it looks like there are 400 possible postal codes there; perhaps you could try a few different ones to see if you have better success.

    wow... ok I was being stupid I guess. my postal code worked, I just had to put a space in the middle. you'd think they'd be able to parse out the information... oh well. i'm satisfied.

    Glad to hear you got it working. I didn't even consider the spacing in the postal code as a potential issue. Thanks for following up. I'll make sure I keep that in mind in the future.

    Xbox won’t accept my postal code I know it’s set to the right country and time zone so I don’t know what the problem is

    Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
