    Hello, when I try to add my debit card to account and add postal code, it says "Incorrectly formatted postcode". I live in Lithuania and my country is not listed in Xbox settings. What should I do ?

    I have the same problem. I live in Argentina and I have friends who got it working. I tried their postal codes, but no dice. Why can't we simply select our provider instead of entering our postal code?

    The problem isn't with Microsoft. Go search up the postal code for your country, and type it in correctly.

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
